Singer, Jhene Aiko Marries Nigerian Music Producer, Dot da Genius

Secret marriages are the hardest to pull off as a celebrity, but American singer, Jhene Aiko and Nigerian producer boyfriend, Oladipo Omishore aka Dot Da Genius, pulled it off.Jhené Aiko Efuru Chilombo, known by her stage name as Jhené Aiko or Jhené, has officially tied the knot with US-based Nigerian record producer and mixing engineer, Oladipo Omishore, professionally known as Dot da Genius.

The Nigerian Brooklyn, New York City based producer took to Instagram few hours ago to reveal his marriage status with the singer while celebrating her 28th birthday on Wednesday as he posted a very special photo and message.

 

 

"Happy Birthday to my gorgeous wife. Happy to be on this quest w/ you!!!," the music producer and DJ shared on Instagram. 

 

In the photo, Jhené is seen standing on an altar while wearing a long white dress with a bouquet of flowers in her hand. Meanwhile, her man appears to be placing a major piece of bling on his wife's left hand.

Rumors has it that the pair was possibly married way back in 2014 when Dot da Genius posted a celebratory tweet to his partner. "Congratulations to my wife on her Grammy nomination!!," he wrote on social media. An accompanying Instagram post has since been deleted but the tweet still lives on.

 

Genius, is one half of the Kid Cudi duo WZRD, while Aiko who embarked on her music career contributing vocals and appearing in several music videos for R&B group, B2K, has a 7-year-old daughter, Namiko Love, from a previous relationship with Omarion’s brother, O’Ryan.
