Done: Super agent Jorge Mendes says Man Utd have agreed £45m midfielder summer switch

MANCHESTER UNITED have agreed to pay £45m for Renato Sanches, his agent has reportedly claimed.

Portuguese paper O Jogo say that Jorge Mendes told them the deal is in place.

United have reportedly agreed to pay £30m up front with another £15m in performance-related bonuses.

Louis van Gaal was linked with a mega-money move for the 18-year-old last month but that never materialised.

The Red Devils are said to have offered £30m for his services close to the end of the winter window but Benfica rejected the approach.

This new proposal is apparently due to go through at the end of the season.
The midfielder has made 15 appearances for he Portuguese side according two goals.
